The waitress actually asked me if I wanted the same steak back or wanted her to throw it away?!.. So, while my Mom enjoyed her perfectly cooked & 97% fat free ribeye steak dinner, I had to wait on my new order, which was a double chicken fillet sandwich with bacon only & fries, 18 minutes later, I get 2 sandwiches in a 2 go bag, both of which were double chicken fillets with bacon & cheese only and no fries. I was supposed to have the 1 double chicken filet with bacon only & fries and a plain hamburger which I ordered at the same time of the 2 steak dinners plus asked about when the steaks were brought to the table, plus asked about again 8 minutes later and finally got after telling the cook that after an hour of waiting, I still have no plain hamburger but 2 double chicken filet sandwiches, of which he says 1 is free to you because of the steak problem, something that the waitress never offered to me nor cared to do and still didn't understand what to do with my original ticket when I finally gave up on her and tried to pay my bill, which I didn't even know how much it was.
