We use only imported Italian semolina flour, real Italian 00 flour, and Italian potato flour to prepare our pastas like ravioli, fettuccine, linguine, gnocchi, and lasagna. These premium ingredients, sourced from a family mill in Northern Italy, ensure safe, gluten-intolerant-friendly dishes. Our sauces feature the finest Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, and extra virgin olive oil—ingredients renowned for their importance to daily health. Pickup is located at the building's back entrance.
